Bug description: I have made over 200 MoP transmutations after getting the specialization, and it hasn't procced once. It should have a chance to create additional materials of what you're creating (e.g. you transmute 1 Living Steel but you have a chance to get 2, 3, 4 or 5 if you're really lucky). In addition, the quest to get the specialization should be updated to the MoP one that needs 4 Living Steel, not the current one that was in Cataclysm which needs 4 Truegold. I can't test this but I'm assuming the other Alchemy specialization quests and proc chance need to be updated as well.
