Bug description: quest isn't scripted. Amakkar (https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=47011&&name=amakkar) doesn't become your "pet" and his spell bar doesn't appear so you can't use the spells to do the quest.

Edit: this is a very important quest because if this and the related chain becomes scripted, the Achievement for badlands quest (horde side) becomes doable.
