Bug description: No reward items in the quest (For 110 Demon Hunter at least). Mainly looking for Vest of Restraint. (https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=63161&name=vest-of-restraint)

Confirmed, demon hunters do not recieve the quest reward that they should Vest of Restraint
