Bug description: You cant enter in to the dungeon because you need a quest which is
not avaliable in legion cuz removed from the game by Blizzard.
If you wanna enter in HC you need lv.65 for enter.

There is the quest what is need for the dungeon but this say this is no longer avaliable.
