Descrierea bugului / Bug description: The Quest cannot be completed after completed the quest "Irradiated Crystal Shards"

http://www.wowhead.com/quest=9641 - https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=9641&&name=irradiated-crystal-shards) because the Quest items "Irradiated Crystal Shard"

http://www.wowhead.com/item=23984 - https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=23984&&name=irradiated-crystal-shard) does not anymore drop from the mobs.The Quest is repeatable so it cannot be to the quest log.
Note:Do not know what proof i can put on this one,if there is sth please tell me in order to put one.
