Bug description: Item does not drop or very very very low drop rate.
Proof: Easy to test, on normal and HC.

@sheLbyPL, thank you for the effort in getting these quests up and running, but I am sure that something is up with https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=103651&&name=slosh-of-brew , I have farmed this RDF almost 20x times now and not once did it drop, from the 5 adds that got a 14.25% drop chance you need to do the RDF 4x just to get to the 20 Sloshes.

Must this drop be available for all in group or only the ones having the quest?

Because if all can take it, I have not seen this dropped once

I changed drop chance to 100% on every Alemental for everyone with active quest, so you should complete your quest after 2 full Stormstout Brewery runs.
