obviusly, i tried a lot of time with all the mobs.

@Ravenous tested it, it gives credit but the quest does not complete overall.

Should be okay after server restart. The problem was that the right NPCs were in the wrong phase and you could not interact with them.
Some issues might persist, will have to recheck everything if this is the case, Preachers and other Scarlet members should work too.

There was a condition issue. All NPCs work properly now. There's no initial talk like before, tho.
