Bug description: None of the gameobjects are spawned. This quest cannot be completed at the moment.

Basically should be contained in "Frostwolf Axe" (https://www.wow-freakz.com/object_finder.php?object=220622&&name=frostwolf-axe), "Frostwolf Traveler's Pack" (https://www.wow-freakz.com/object_finder.php?object=220621&&name=frostwolf-traveler-s-pack) or "Frostwolf Collar" (https://www.wow-freakz.com/object_finder.php?object=220623&&name=frostwolf-collar). Also, drop chance should be 100%. Additionally, the quest item is grey quality? I doubt that's normal.
