Bug description: will dont drop the item in any version (alliance or horde) and if he drop the quest item Goramosh's Strange Device cant be use to start the Quest
Proof: 5 try to get the item and dont drop.

it's true, that's why loremaster isn't actually completable, because dragonblight can't be completed unless a gm gives you the quest. Luckily a GM helped me and i managed to do it. I did loremaster more than half a year ago, but the same problem occured then also.

and if you ask a GM for that today they say wait for the fix

Should be fixed now, let me know (PM me) if it's still not dropping after server restart. Also, it doesn't require Prevent the Accord quest right now.
