[FIXED] [Quest] Enemy NPCs with quests.

Bug description: From time to time i find enemy NPCs (i have an Alliance Human Warrior) with quests,naturally i cannot take those quests and that's correct up to now.The problem is that i see a "!" above their heads AND on the minimap and that's kind of confusing.Can you please fix this? The picture below is taken in Thousand Needles and i apologise if this has been reported again.

Fixed the 3 npc's, unfortunately I cannot make a mass fix for them, they need to be reported individually

Fixes will be live only after a server restart !
