Bug description: I went to recruit Asha Ravensong but the quest didn't register that even though she is recruited.

Did you have her recruited from before or did you recruit her just now when you took the quest but it didn't count?

Can you tell me then more detail about the issue?
Describe what's wrong with the follower. Does she already appear in your followers tab?

This is a general bug for all classes.
Now if you have Rise, Champions with both followers recruited and the quest is still active just abandon and retake it. It will autocomplete the quest
