[FIXED] [Quest] I got stuck in the Hunter Marksmanship Artifact quest.

Bug description: I fell from the map and i could not revive, so i used the unstuck buttom from the web. I tried entering again to the quest zone but the NPC will not send me to Niskara and i cannot abandon the quest. Is it possible to reset the quest or solve it? Thank you.

I enabled abandon option for this quest (should be already live, you might need to delete cache)

Thank you very much, i could abandon the quest now, but I cant initiate the artifact quest because the bird that normally start it dont come to dalaran.

I cant reach Vereesa Windrunner because the Silver covenant Hyppogryph does not take me to the quest area.

The hippogryph dont work. I restarted and deleted the cache.
