Bug description: I have all of those items in my bags,but i can`t talk to the NPC so i can forward the quest to get the actual rewards.

I have all the 5 quest items,but i can`t make any of them because i can`t talk with anyone.Can you guys help me out ?

Confirmed,
You can't return items from Unsealed Chest to NPCs in ICC raid.
