[FIXED] [Quest] [Krokuun] Prisoners no more is not given by the NPC High Exarch Turalyon

Bug description:

I did the story quest line "Threat Reduction" but didn't accept the quest "Prisoners no more". When I finish quest "Threat Reduction" the NPC "High Exarch Turalyon" has change place to go close at the next quest (A Strike at the Heart)
But he don't give the requirement quest "prisoners no more" no more.

That won't help, there was someone reporting the same issue last week, might be the same person so i tried to replicate the bug and do a possible fixes and even search for npc on other places he'd be after u progress with questline but no luck, although i did receive a response that I should try writing ticket ingame so they try to fix it ingame if its possible.

So I did the ticket and save with the option Edit my ticke.

I don't know if this is connected with the GM system of Wow-Freakz
