[FIXED] [Quest] [Monk] I completed the first part of the campaign but didn't unlock relic

Bug description: I completed all the quests in the chain, but after the last one, it gave me the appearance but didn't unlock relic, also, it gave me a quest i already completed (Tech it up a notch) than now can't be completed, i also tried abandoning the quest but the quest giver didn't give it again

The issue might have occured because before the class campagn was avalable, some of the quests were available in the class hall already ( i think it happened to paladins too) and the final quest was already completed when i did the earlyer ones
