Bug description: I dont see Delas Moonfang in position.

P.S. I saw in website say that those who failed it, it cannot be completed anymore. Even i cant disband quest to retake that quest again. So please help me with that, im really waiting for fix like 3 months, i cant continue paladin class campaign and I cant continue Broken Shore questline where its called ,,Champions of Legionfall"

Please confirm after next restart if it's fixed. If not, I'll investigate more on this issue.
