Bug description: Npc Alonsus Faol bugged and cant turn in the quest to claim reward

I can't reproduce it, delete the cache folder and try again.

Same with me, killed Cenarius on Mythic,
Alonsus doesn't interact.
Deleting cache didn't help.

Still with the bug after abandon and retake the misión , cache and WTF erased (any of the hall class misión worked).
Can't interact with NPC Alonsus Faol after completed mision

Confirmed.

Alonsus Faol(where you need to turn it in on Freakz) is hidden, because you completed the quest Velen's Vision.

From what I can see on wowhead.com, the quest should be able to be turned in at Moira Thaurissan.
