Bug description: After Dying you won't get resurected there but for me it was in Durotar
Proof: Used Unstuck should be written in the logs but now i'm in Dalaran to somehow get back there https://i.imgur.com/Js8QrAI.png

Confirmed.

After dying in Helheim, you don't get resurrected there, but usually in Ogrimmar making it impossible to continue doing quests.
