Bug description: I completed everything the quest wanted me to do, but i can;t find First Arcanist Thalyssra( or rather she is not where she should be ) to complete the quest. Although for some reason i was able to complete the next quest from the guy i had to carry over to her ( which according to the quest finder is supposed to be the next quest from the questline).
