Bug description: The Thalyssra(npc) where i need to turn in the quest is in another phase of my cave,the Thalyssra that i have in the cave doesn't let me complete the quest,this results of not getting the https://www.wow-freakz.com/achievements.php?achievement=10617&&name=nightfallen-but-not-forgotten and https://www.wow-freakz.com/achievements.php?achievement=10460&&name=hidden-potential because i can't open that quest

Go and speak with First Arcanist Thalyssra. She will give you complete to Subject 16 and Kel'danath's Legacy only if you don't have Subject 16 and Kel'danath's Legacy rewarded
