Bug description: I think when you fixed https://forum.wow-freakz.com/FIXED-Mage-Artifact-Flame-Orbs-of-Felo-Melorn-t464263.html you bugged this quest ''Technical Wizardry''

Try to fix it as soon as you get time for it, cuz without this quest i cannot equipe third relic and can't open my scouting map as well.

I confirm this , I'm a lvl 101 Mage & I can't complete my class hall quest line cuz of this nor get my 3rd relic it's really annoying made me wanna stop playing tbh
hope you guys can fix this as soon as possible
