Bug description: After completing quest with Escaping the Tomb, getting to the Mekeda (NPC where quest end's) and trying to complete quest, nothing happens. Similiar to Nagrand hunting quests and few multiple item choice quests. Other rewards are not visible, just dagger. Quest tried to complete with Death Knight.
