Descrierea bugului / Bug description: You can't complete this quest since Fleet Master Firallon is unfriendly and Yancey Grillsen doesn't give you the buff Piracy

Just finished a conversation with a GM. The reason that it happened because when you reloaded your UI, it removed the "Piracy" buff given to you by Yancey Grillsen. Revisit him and the get the buff and you'll be back in business.
