Bug description: According to https://forum.wow-freakz.com/REJECTED-86-Unleash-Hell-Quest-Paw-don-Village-Sky-Admiral-Rogers-t403905.html this quest should auto-complete. However, for my Mage Teikana, it does not auto-complete. I am talking to Sky Admiral Rogers who is standing in Garrosh'ar Point. The same result happens when I talk to Sky Admiral Rogers in Stormwind or Paw'don Village. Unfortunately, this means I cannot start questing in Pandaria on my Mage.
