[FIXED] [Quest] [Val'sharah] Brotherly love & Illidari Freedom

Bug description: So it seems here these quests are mutually exclusive, which is wrong. Both should be able to be completed at the same time. So what happens is:
Situation #1: You take Brotherly Love, find Maiev and complete it. Now you can't take Illidari Freedom and even if you complete Brotherly Love, you can't progress with the questchain because of Illidari Freedom.
Situation #2: You take Illidari Freedom, complete it and you can't take Brotherly Love (also can't progress). But on retail, to complete Illidari Freedom you're supposed to find Maiev, find the 3 illidari and then go kill a boss-type NPC (Kur'talos Ravencrest). Then you escape through a tunnel behind him and end up at the entrance to Black Rook Hold (start of the zone). When you're there, you can complete Illidari Freedom too.
Right now, you can complete Illidari Freedom by walking all the way back to the start and turning it in to the NPC (but what's the point if you can't complete Brotherly Love and can't finish the chapter of the Val'sharah story?).

Here I've completed Illidari Freedom but haven't turned it in and I can't take Brotherly Love from Commander Jarod Shadowsong (targeted wrong NPC).

P.S The same thing happens with the quests Dark Side of the Moon (from Tyrande) and Lost in Retreat (from Mender Onelle). If you take Dark Side of the Moon, the quest can't be completed (there are no triggers for the event it seems). If you complete Lost in Retreat, now you can't take Dark Side of the Moon anymore.
