Bug description:
1) Cateva lipsesc de la NPC'ii respectivi .
2) Questul merge luat si predat dar nu se primeste reputatie cu NPC'ul ales .

Fixed, am mai facut sa fie repetabile questurile si sa acorde reputatie cum trebuie, inainte unele nu iti dadeau deloc, altele dadeau extrem de mult.
