Bug description: Omor usul si nu imi da head-ul..la NPC-ul caruia trebuie sa ii dau questul imi apare deasupra lui "?" cu galben cum ca as fi terminat questul dar cand dau pe el...imi da incomplet.

Fixed (live). Also, scripted the NPC (live at server restart).
