I think there is something wrong with the Horseman's loot.

Isn't loot filled pumpkin supposed to be given to all players?

And only the epic loot should be rolled for?

That being said, the loot table is also messed up I think. He drops the rings a lot more than the other stuff (I have only seen him drop the helm and the sword)

And the helm and the sword are both ilvl70 and not the ilvl365 like they are supposed to be.

Please make loot filled pumpkin available for all in the party and the other epic loot (including mount) to be rolled for.

This was posted earlier in this thread too. You might have to open a ingame ticket with the gms. Good luck

Delete cache, reenter the game, go to Eastwall Tower (Eastern Plaguelands) and mount up on a ground mount, ride to Light's Hope Chapel... 100% works.

Teleported Doxen in front of Light's Hope Chapel. Use your ground mount (do not fly).
