Bug description: questul https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=30434&&name=a-ruby-shard-for-jogu nu apare la el, desi arata ca este adaugat, am reputatie buddy cu el desi nu conteaza. questul https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=30439&&name=a-dish-for-jogu nu este adaugat de loc.

1st report: no bug, the quests for those kind of items (the Dark Soil ones) appear at the NPCs only if you already have the item necessary for the quest... also, those quests are not repeatable or dailies, they can only be done once, with each NPC (once with Jogu, once with Tina for ruby, once with Jogu, once with Tina Marsh Lily and so on...).

2nd report: seems some of those quests aren't added, others are... will look into it and reply here.
