Bug description: Physical damage critical chance is being reduced when attacking target with ARMOR (Warriors Mages Druids, possibly all classes).

How to reproduce bug:
1st Do not use any buff or code that increases critical chance of the character like in the response of this report: https://forum.wow-freakz.com/REJECTED-Auto-attacks-critical-chance-5-ingame-lower-than-it-should-be-t597619.html
2nd Pick whatever class that has magical dmg spell and test for a target with ARMOR for about 300~500 spells
3rd Auto attack same target for also 300~500 times.

A difference of around 5% in critical chance will be noticed.

Please, i repeat do not use any buff or code that increases critical chance.
