The damage on the tooltip of the spell [Ancient Tempest](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=295916) appears to be visually increasing every 1 second instead of 2 seconds as the spell says. This leads to the tooltip being visually misleading.

**The issue is only visual**
