[FIXED] [Radiance of Azshara] Squall Trap

During the [Radiance of Azshara](https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=152364&name=radiance-of-azshara) intermission, [Squall Traps](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=296459&name=squall-trap) have 2 issues which make the movement during that phase more difficult than it should be.

1. The Squall Traps should have a grace period before the tornado starts knocking up players and doing damage. That results in a player moving quickly through the Squall Trap, passing through, and not getting affected by tornado.

2. The Squall Traps should also activate if a player with an immunity passes through them.
