Bug description: Since the quest he gives is a breadcrumb that is available to both factions, it only makes sense that he would be both in Fort Wrynn and Vol'jin's Pride. He's currently only spawned in the Horde base. =/ (This doesn't stop Alliance from doing the next quests, as it's just a breadcrumb, but it would be nice to have)
