[FIXED] [Random Npc Bug] Manastalker misplaced

Bug description: 2 of them are placed too near of the Illidari Perch, one spawning directly next to the flight master. There is a cave underneath the Perch. I suspect it is where they should be instead.

Verified. One of them spawn so close to the flight master that it'll attack and kill people that just have landed. I've come back from the toilet to find myself dead at the flight master more than once.
