Descrierea bugului / Bug description: HoT-ul da prea mult heal
Dovada / Proof:
Din 4.0.6 pana in 4.3 1 schimbare a fost facuta care sa afecteze Riptide:

In screenshot-uri se poate vedea ca am evitat orice talent care ar mari heal-ul la Riptide sau heal-ul primit pe mine.

La 7124 SP riptide HoT da 2533 heal

Hot-ul pe freakz ar trebui sa dea ~1750/ tick la 7124 SP

Confirm! Already noticed resto shamys in arena only riptide healing one target in 3v3 and thats is just a bulshit...

Confirm you have no idea what you are talking and just talk shit whenever you get the occasion.
Because of +700 heal on riptide you can't kill resto shamans?!

In reality, Earth Shield does 1.2k heal less then it should so when both fixes will be applied resto shaman healing will go up.

Its you who talk shit without even knowing what i'm saying show me where i said i cant kill resto shaman?

I say i;ve seed resto shaman healing a rogue when he is beaing nuked by two dps, only with riptide and doing no casts. Is that normal to you?....

You get a decent heal even from shaman dispels.... earth shield+raptide + dispel + unleash elements + nature swiftness + shock + greater heal wave

= 0 cast =>> big heal. maybe you didint notice that. Mabye that's why the rogue didint died

and ofc, the rogue has self heal + cloak
