Bug description: If you kill a target with Maked for Death on him, the cooldown of this spell is not reseting. Doesn't matter if you are stealthed or not.

Hope you guys can make Marked of Death reset even if we use it while we are in stealth. I know that on MoP there is still a problem with this talent.
