[FIXED] [Rogue][All specs][Spell] Crimson Tempest

Bug description: Damage is too low. No matter how many combo points you have the initial damage will be dealt for the minimum amount of CP thus reducing the bleed effect aswell witch should be 240% of initial damage. It also, sholdn't consume any CP if it does not hit any taget. ( https://youtube.com/watch?v=d49iZOCDp4A:

) at 0:27 you can see how he spams and CP stay unused.

The formula is correct, the tooltip aswell, it displays the correct amunt of dmg for 1,2,3,4 and 5 CP but the damage is always hitting for 1 CP or less

Confirmed.
1. The formula on the spellreader applied to my AP fits the tooltip, but the dmg done by the spell does not match the tooltip. Also, another bug is that it seems to have a diminishing return on multiple targets, dealing more damage on the target from which it consumes the combo points.
2. The dot scales correctly.

//Later edit: 3. Thanks to Ruthlessness when fighting more than 5 enemies if you use Crimson Tempest with 5 cp you get 5 cp again. Ruthlessness procs for every enemy that you hit with Crimson Tempest instead of proccing only for the one use of the spell, therefore you should get 1 CP if you use CT with 5 cp no matter of how many targets you hit with this finishing move.
