Bug description: Looks like this buff does not fall off after the 5 seconds of stealth breaking. This is how it works. While Stealth is active and for 5 sec after breaking Stealth, your Critical Strike chance is increased by 100%.

The buff next to it looks like Stealth, and we already know that there is a bug where you are in stealth but people can see you

Well, just to be sure, I added a timer which checks from time to time if it incorrectly remained on a player, if so, it will be removed.
