good to know that you confirm but any of you actually tested? That dummy you show prints from has 10k armor which means it's 21.32% reduce dmg.
The formula is wrong on the server but the difference for no matter how much AP you have is only about 98 dmg/hit for min dmg.

Tested the wowhead formula and it matches the numbers set on the tooltip of the spell ingame.
So the correct formula is:
[333 + (881*NCP+AP*0.18*NCP)] to [998 + (881*NCP+AP*0.18*NCP)]
where NCP=number of combo points used.

Freakz formula was incorrectly handling that 881 * COMBO POINTS, but this means a very low damage increase for high damages (max 1000 damag difference for a ~100k hit)... but anyways, fixed
