[FIXED] [Rogue] Damage dealt in Stealth, @Subterfuge.

Bug description:

1. The problem is if you have subterfuge talent and attack a mob being stealthed, you don't enter combat properly with the mob(sometimes mobs just Evade), and therefore mob removes all his debuffs and restores health instantly.

I second this. Subterfuge vs NPCs does not work

Can be tested by using a ranged attack (such as Shuriken Toss) on an NPC while stealthed. The NPC will instantly reset.

Fixed. Please let me know if any strange issues appear regarding stealth / vanish after this fix
