[FIXED] [Rogue][General][Spell] Vanish 2

Bug description: It currently instantly activates Stealth,but it shouldnt. Its the Wotlk script thats being used now.
It should:
-give the rogue a 3 second Vanish buff, changes to stealthbar and make Stealth abilities usable
-after 3 second Vanish buff fades it activates Stealth
-it should also drop the player off combat
Proof: http://i.imgur.com/oUrsGHA.jpg -> Vanish buff but NO stealth yet (how it should be)

to-do: -make Vanish drop combat instantly
-Vanish buff <-> stealth interaction as stated above



PS: i assume the [FIXED]Vanish linked above is already live since the other rogue fixes were live at this point aswell. So in case this bugfix isnt live on the PTR yet feel free to delete this post.
Edit: Yea it got "fixed" but not correctly , so bugs stated above are noth fixed
