Yes and in many other videos and rogue communities all say the same thing but its only with subterfuge talent .

To end the discussion, AskMrRobot clearly tells us.
"Triggers" means that "Effects" will be executed whenever the condition from "Triggers" is true. In 7.1.5.23420, Subterfuge removal is listed as one of the triggers => it should only start the counter after Subterfuge was removed.
Switching to 7.2, the trigger from subterfuge is removed. Therefore, my previous fix will be reverted.
