Your video is irrelevant, as it states that that during Adrenaline Rush, your cooldowns recover 15% faster, meaning you still got 3 minutes on Adrenaline Rush. Please post another video, which should be ~3minutes and with stopwatch, which you should activate it the moment you use Adrenaline Rush, and when AR cd finishes to stop the stopwatch.

In the first clip, I showed you the Blured Time buff while adrenaline is active.In the second, while adrenaline rush is active, the buff does not exist.I say it's pretty conclusive.Test ingame if you want. thank you!
