[FIXED] [Rogue][PvE][PvP] Vendetta

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Nu stiu cat de multi dintre noi mai folosesc specul Assassination fie in PvE, fie in PvP, dar am descoperit un bug destul de important la cheia acestui tree, si anume Vendetta. In mod normal aceasta abilitate face urmatoarele:

-Triggers the GCD (unlike cold blood and shadow dance)
-Can be used while stealthed without taking you out
-If a rogue has this on him and vanishes, it goes away just like hunter's mark
-Nothing else removes it, not even ice block or bubble

Pe freakz insa daca incerci sa castezi aceasta abilitate din stealth aceasta iti induce combat si dispare automat, ceea ce nu ar trebui sa se intample.

The debuff does not disappear from your target when you change your spec.

Therefore you can use Vendetta stealthed (to take advantage of Overkill) on a boss (with Item - Rogue T13 4P Bonus (Shadow Dance, Adrenaline Rush, and Vendetta) and Glyph of Vendetta for a maximal duration of 46,8 secounds), switch back to your main spec (which should not be Assassination in this case), pre-pot, use Stealth again if necessary, you'll have your +20% damage boost for the first 35 to 40 secounds of an encounter (same duration as Bloodlust - /wink).

In short, if you don't mind sacrificing your secoundary specialization, you can burst the hell out of quite a few encounters, such as Shannox, Baleroc, Majordomo Staghelm, Ultraxion and Madness of Deathwing (just to name a few) - or just any other, if you ditch Bloodlust.

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: I don't know how many of us use assassination in pve or pvp but i've discovered a fairly important bug regarding Vendetta. Normally this ability does the following:

-Triggers the GCD (unlike cold blood and shadow dance)
-Can be used while stealthed without taking you out
-If a rogue has this on him and vanishes, it goes away just like hunter's mark
-Nothing else removes it, not even ice block or bubble

Here if you try to cast this ability from stealth it gets you in combat and auto dissapears, which shouldn't happen.

I used this many times on blizz and would like to use it here, plus it would boost the opener a bit for those that play assassination in the arena.
