Bug description: Seems that ruthlessness always gives you 1 - 2 combo points after a finishing move. So i can just spam a finishing move because there's always a combo point or 2.

Confirmed.
Currently ruthlessness will always grant you 1-2 combo points even if you use 1 or 6 combo points on a finishe, so the percentage value on combo points is not working correctly.
