Bug description: With the Rogue Anticipation talent: Using 'Slice and Dice' will consume all available combo points, instead of a max of 5. Other finishers like 'Run Through' work correctly and only consume op to 5 combo points.

Proof: Anticipation allows rogues to have up to 10 combo points, but finishers (like 'slice and dice') only should consume a max of 5 combo points. The tooltip of anticipation clearly states this clearly.
