Bug description: When it deals damage it also breaks stealth .
Proof: I can't record videos and i don't really know how i can show through screenshots but it's easy to test out

what do you mean?

whose stealth does it break? yours or the enemy's ?

how is that even possible? TOUCH OF THE GRAVE IS A PASSIVE DAMAGE PROC. how can it trigger while inside stealth?

how can it trigger without attacking the Stealth target?

It breaks my stealth , and it procs from rupture , deadly poison , garrote . OBVIOUSLY you vanish/restealth and the dots still tick on the target that's how it procs , you understood now?

It doesn't break normal Stealth, it only breaks Subterfuge-stealth (behind the scenes they are actually different spells).
