[FIXED] [Rogue][Subtlety][Passive] Honor Among Thieves

WoW Freakz spell link: Honor Among Thieves
Bug description: This passive should only be triggered by damaging crits and only while the rogue is in combat, and from players who are in range of the rogue and in his group/raid. Right now rogues can build up combo points out of combat from healing hots and ground heals (shouldnt even proc the stuff).

Proof that it should work only in combat, you can check the spell's tooltip.

My bad then, but tbh I don't play rogue, I just know how bugged it is ^^.

*HaT = Honor among Thieves In WotLK HaT had no internal cooldown until that was fixed. In Catacylsm HaT could generate combo points on a target you selected - even in stealth and from a distance by party member crit procs. In MoP this will only grant additional combo points while you are in combat with the target that you want to generate combo points for. Just tested that. Even when you started generating CP on a target and then drop out of combat new CPs will only be added once you are in combat with that target again. So no more stealthing around, waiting for a 5/5 CP stack thanks to party member crits for starting combat with a full  Recuperate,  Slice and Dice and 5 CPs as it was possible in Cataclysm.
