Bug description: You shouldn't be able to gain stacks while the target is already under a Paralytic stun.

( PS: In this video, Paralytic ( the stun and stacks ) are the ones that are in the middle, near the Slice and dice buff; The above one is the Root, not the stun or stacks. )
