[FIXED] [Rogue][Talent][Passive] Vanish-Subterfuge interaction

Bug description: Vanish not working properly causes a bug with Subterfuge. When you Vanish, which instantly applies Stealth(and should'nt like reported above), and you have a DoT applied or take damage in general Subterfuge procs even though Vanish is still active, and leads to Stealth breaking when Vanish fades. Subterfuge however should proc AFTER Vanish faded. Fixing Vanish how it should be would easily solve this problem since Stealth buff isnt applied while Vanish bug is active.
